EDTECH 537: Audio - Windows 10
I have reserved my copy of Windows 10, but I have yet to download it. I am currently running Windows 8. I spoke with my technology coordinator and he suggested that I reserve my copy of Windows 10. So, I went ahead and got it but have yet to download it. I am nervous to download since it is so new. I like to wait to download updates until they get the bugs out. However, I was informed that Windows 10 was much better than Windows 8. I found that this podcast interesting. I will warn you that there is some language that is dropped throughout the podcast.
Has anyone downloaded Windows 10? If so, what are the pros/cons? I would love to hear what others think before I download it.

My techie friend suggested the same thing. I reserved my copy but haven't downloaded it yet. My friend suggested waiting a month or so.
ReplyDeleteI am glad that I am not the only one that reserved a copy but did not download.
DeleteI have not got it yet. But I would wait for gliches and then download it.
ReplyDeleteI think that is best for any update because there are going to be glitches.
DeleteI am a Mac user at home, but use Windows at school. We are still running 7 with no plans to upgrade any time soon, and I can't say that I'm too sad about that. I bought a laptop PC last summer that ran Windows 8 and HATED it with a passion, even after giving it an honest try for a couple months. I ended up selling it and running back to my beloved Mac platform. :) But let's not open up THAT debate. ..
ReplyDeleteI have realized that Mac users stick with their Macs and Windows users stick with their Windows. I love my Apple products (iPhone and iPad) but I am more comfortable with my Windows laptop than MacBooks.
